Une académie de formation esthétique internationale et primée recherche un Sales Executive pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique à Hamilton ou Toronto. Le rôle offre un salaire de base d'environ 40 000 $ CAD avec un OTE proche de 70 000 $ CAD, et la possibilité de travailler en mode hybride. Les responsabilités incluent la gestion des demandes des clients et l'upselling des formations. Nous recherchons un candidat ayant une solide expérience en vente par téléphone, ainsi qu'une passion pour l'éducation et le service clients.

Qualifications

  • Expérience préalable dans la vente par téléphone ou le service client.

Sales Executive - Aesthetics Training - Hamilton or Toronto, Canada - c$40k (c$70k OTE)

We’re on the hunt for a results focused, proactive telephone-based Sales Executive, with excellent communication skills, to join an award-winning, international aesthetic training academy in Hamilton or Toronto.

The role requires following up warm leads and converting enquiries from individuals and organisations into bookings, it does not require cold calling.

Our client is offering a base salary c$40k and a very generous bonus scheme (OTE approximately $70k).

Hybrid working is offered.

Key responsibilities as the Sales Executive will include :

  • Managing inbound and outbound enquiries to potential training delegates in a timely manner
  • Identifying customer’s needs, clarifying information and providing solutions and / or alternatives
  • Actively up-selling products when applicable
  • Ensuring effective communication with delegates at all times
  • Maintaining all relevant documentation and accurate records
  • Working with Marketing and Senior Management to uphold the company’s brand

What we’re looking for :

  • Previous experience in a telephone based sales / customer service role
  • Experience working within the aesthetics, training / education or medical industries is required
  • Demonstrable success in a warm sales environment and a track record of achieving / over-achieving targets
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
  • Confident, supportive and proactive nature
  • IT literate with experience using databases / CRMs and MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
