For our branch in Kelowna (British Columbia), we are looking for a:

SALES ENGINEER

Job Description: The person introduced in the Sales Department will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving relationships with acquired and potential customers in the assigned market. They will make visits to the installations of acquired and/or potential customers in order to listen to their needs, collect technical information useful for developing customized projects, and for drafting the economic offer. The person will also be responsible for following each stage of the project up to the start-up of the line.
Job Requirements:

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Clarity and transparency;
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills;
  • Problem solving, reliability, and precision;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Preferable knowledge of Spanish;
  • Experience in the fruit and vegetable sector and/or in industrial machines is preferred but not essential;
  • Technical background, such as mechanical engineering or agronomy, is also a plus.
