  • Participate in meetings with clients and potential clients, to represent the expertise of the Linkwave Engineering team, explain technical matters, gather project requirements, and to support the Linkwave Sales team
  • Review RFP documents, highlight relevant technical details for the Engineering team, summarize implications for the Sales team, and run RFIs
  • Write Scopes of Work (SOWs)
  • RFP & Bid Execution: Draft precise technical responses for RFPs/RFIs, including network topology diagrams, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and Service Level Agreement (SLA) specifications
  • Assist in the preparation of client documents and presentations
  • Provide pre-sales support and demos
  • Deployment Hand-off: Serve as the technical bridge between client teams and post-sales delivery engineers to ensure flawless implementation
  • Other technical tasks as required by the Sales and Engineering teams
Values Statement
