Blue J in Toronto is seeking a passionate Sales Enablement Program Manager to accelerate GTM onboarding and enablement across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations. You will design and deliver onboarding, live sessions, learning paths in WorkRamp, and cross-functional enablement programs, using data to drive improvements and support rapid ramp times.

That's where you come in. We're looking for a passionate, resourceful, and driven Sales Enablement Program Manager to help our Go-to-Market teams ramp faster, grow their skills, and perform at their best.
This role is ideal for someone who loves learning, enjoys helping others develop, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in improving onboarding, delivering engaging training, building scalable enablement programs, and partnering with leaders across the business to drive performance.
You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to ensure our teams have the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to succeed.
In this role, you'll help create an exceptional onboarding experience, deliver impactful learning programs, build trusted relationships across the business, and continuously improve how we enable our Go-to-Market teams. Your work will directly contribute to faster ramp times, stronger adoption of key initiatives, and continuous development of higher-performing teams.

The base pay range for this role is CAD $105-120K per year.
This is a Level 3 in Blue J’s career level framework. We use levels to define the expected scope, autonomy, impact, decision-making, and experience for each role. Final compensation will be set fairly and thoughtfully based on experience, expertise, and alignment with the role’s responsibilities. While all candidates are expected to bring directly relevant experience, the top of the range is typically reserved for individuals who demonstrate exceptional depth in the role’s core competencies, a strong track record of impact in similar environments, and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy from day one.
