About the role
As a Healthcare Sales Effectiveness Operations and Business Analyst at Reckitt, you will have the opportunity to succeed by operationalizing healthcare sales strategies to enhance Mead Johnson healthcare sales (HCS) effectiveness. Your responsibilities include creating the HCS planning cycle, developing dashboards to monitor KPIs, and ensuring optimal use of CRM platforms and resources through an OmniChannel approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads Operations to Drive Success:
- Owns SFE processes, performance reporting, and dashboard monitoring to identify actions for improvement.
- Manage system enhancements, call plan deployment, budgeting, and data governance.
- Ensure compliance and timely delivery.
- Develop call plan processes based on customer journey and brand priorities.
- Medical Marketing/Customer Strategy Implementation:
- Deploy marketing strategies into CRM systems for field sales execution.
- Translate customer and patient needs into tactical execution.
- Use insights to drive brand priorities and measure salesforce ROI.
- Collaboration with Insights and Analytics:
- Support automation initiatives for performance reporting.
- Improve system efficiency and align efforts with business goals.
- Operational Activities and System Improvements:
- Translate activities into actionable steps and identify system update needs.
- Recommend improvements for data reporting and sales effectiveness.
- Sampling Forecasting, Budgeting, and Tool Management:
- Manage forecasting and budgets for sales tools.
- Resource Utilization and Productivity:
- Drive resource efficiency and productivity initiatives.
- Team Development and Industry Insights:
- Set challenging goals and foster a positive environment.
- Stay current with industry trends and digital adoption.
- Project and Stakeholder Management:
- Review projects, identify improvements, and develop plans.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions.
Qualifications
- College Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales support or application support.
- Experience with LiveScience/CRM/OmniChannel systems (e.g., Veeva).
- Experience developing dashboards and sales effectiveness processes.
- Experience in healthcare or sales/marketing environment.
- English required; French is a strong asset.
- Note: Currently not sponsoring visas or considering international movement.
