Job summary

Purolator is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead the development of customer-facing digital platforms including Purolator.com, Google Marketing platforms, and Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online solutions. This hands-on, technical leadership role focuses on secure, scalable cloud-native engineering, automation, and responsible AI adoption.

Qualifications

6–10 years of software development experience and 5+ years leading development teams in a complex enterprise environment.
Experience delivering customer-facing digital products and enterprise digital workplace solutions.
Strong stakeholder leadership with ability to balance priorities, capacity and timelines.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering delivery and operations across the SDLC.
Set engineering standards including secure coding, testing, CI/CD, release management and observability.
Manage vendors, contracts, budgets, forecasts and investments while driving automation.
Advance AI, automation and modern engineering across platforms.
