About the Sales Development Representative Role :

This role is open to new graduates and those with 0-6 months of sales experience. We're looking for someone who has a passion for outbound business development and is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment. As an SDR, you’ll play an essential role in our growth by sourcing qualified Growth Sessions for our Account Executive team. Your main objective will be to schedule these sessions, engage potential clients, address objections confidently, and consistently exceed outbound call activity targets.

You’ll succeed as a Sales Development Representative if you have :

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency and competence in working in and maintaining quality data in CRM systems
