The role of a Sales Development Representative at Canonical

What your day will look like
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
  • Execute outbound sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Travel to events and conferences worldwide, presenting at booths and driving face-to-face marketing and sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate across teams and with senior stakeholders to achieve results.
  • Work with marketing on campaigns.
  • Research prospective customers.
  • Generate a multi-million-pound pipeline.
  • Identify prospects and market trends.
  • Help define team processes and policies.
  • Liaise with customers, set up and attend meetings, and map accounts for new opportunities.
  • Maintain and nurture leads on global opportunities.
