The Sales Development Representative (SDR) sits within the NA Commercial organization and is fully dedicated to our Mobile Payments product line, serving primarily government and public sector customers — municipalities, transit authorities, universities, airports, and other public agencies — along with private parking operators.
This is a pure prospecting role. The SDR generates and qualifies leads through outbound and inbound prospecting (phone, email, social), builds and prioritizes target lists, and books qualified meetings for the appropriate Regional Sales Director — not managing the full sales cycle. Because government buying cycles involve budget cycles, procurement processes, and multiple stakeholders, the SDR must be comfortable adapting outreach and pacing accordingly.
Compensation: The expected base salary range for this role is $65,000 – $70,000 CAD. Final compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
Retirement Savings Program: Access to our retirement savings program (RRSP for Canada / 401(k) for U.S.-based employees).
Vacation: All permanent full-time employees start with 4 weeks of vacation per year.
