Job summary

NetFusion Designs is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth by identifying and qualifying leads across Canada. We're growing fast and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s ready to fuel our pipeline with qualified leads and set the stage for massive growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify, research, and reach out to potential B2B clients in verticals like law, medical, finance, and nonprofits
  • Execute cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and voicemail drops
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for our Account Executive
  • Manage outreach sequences and CRM data (HubSpot or similar)
  • Work closely with marketing to align messaging and optimize outreach campaigns
Your KPIs
  • Meetings booked per week/month
  • Qualified opportunities generated
  • Outreach volume (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches)
  • CRM hygiene and data quality
You Are
  • A self-starter with 1–3 years of outbound sales or appointment setting experience, preferably in IT, MSP, SaaS, or cybersecurity
  • Comfortable on the phone and not afraid of rejection
  • Strong written communicator with attention to detail
  • Curious and coachable—you thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Bonus: Familiar with HubSpot, Salesloft, or similar tools
