The Sales Development Leader will focus on building pipelines for our ATS Global Service businesses and corporate partners. As a highly successful customer advocate and business developer, this resource will coordinate both internal and customer resources by exceeding their customer expectations and ensuring they are supported by our life cycle support strategy. This position requires a candidate with a strong technical background, project management experience, and customer relationship development skills.

That’s why we’re seeking a qualified Sales Development Leader to find and screen high-potential customers who could benefit from our market-leading services. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal Sales Development Leader has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up Regional Business Development Leaders, Key Account Service Leaders, and Capex Account Managers for success. The Sales Development Leader should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer has an opportunity to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or sales leadership roles, preferably in B2B manufacturing environments, such as life sciences, industrial automation, food & beverage, or power generation.
Strong understanding of lead generation and qualification processes.
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales ops, and customer success teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
Stellar communication, persuasion, and networking skills.
Demonstrable track record in exceeding outbound sales and performance metrics.
Results-driven, proactive, and innovative mindset.

Leaders are responsible for promoting, monitoring, and enforcing work practices which support the prevention of workplace illness and injury, as well as protection of the environment.

Ensure that equipment, materials, and protective devices are functioning in a safe manner.
Ensure that employees are working in accordance with divisional health and safety procedures.
Applies progressive discipline as appropriate for health, safety and/or environmental violations.
Advise employees of the existence of any potential or actual health and safety risks.
Provide appropriate instruction for safe work.
Take every precaution reasonable in the circumstances for the protection of employees.
Conduct periodic inspections and audits in accordance with legislative and/or corporate requirements.
Conduct accident/incident investigations, prepare necessary reports and communicate to line management, health and safety personnel and health and safety committee.
Ensure that all employees, including temporary workers and contractors, adhere to safety requirements including the use of personal protective equipment.
Support activities and initiatives outlined by the Joint Health and Safety Committee.
