Aykah Furniture in Mississauga, Canada, is seeking a Sales Associate for its in-store team. You’ll greet customers, showcase collections, and help shoppers find pieces that fit their homes, blending product knowledge with a personalized service approach.

You’ll handle inquiries by phone, email, and messages, manage Facebook Marketplace listings, keep the showroom inviting, and assist with daily store operations. This is a full-time, in-person role with commission on sales.

Hi there! We’re Aykah Furniture (www.aykah.ca) and we’re looking for a customer-focusedSales Associateto join our in-store team and grow with us.

As a Sales Associate at Aykah Furniture, you’ll be the face of our showroom - welcoming customers, guiding them through our collections, and helping them find pieces that feel right for their homes. You’ll combine product knowledge with a personalized approach to create a seamless shopping experience, while supporting daily store operations and contributing to our continued growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet and engage walk-in customers, providing personalized advice and product recommendations

• Post and manage listings on Facebook Marketplace using your personal account to drive customer engagement

Who You Are

• Experienced in retail sales (2+ years preferred)
• Experienced in customer service (1-3 years preferred)
• A confident communicator who loves building customer relationships
• Comfortable using your personal Facebook account to post and manage Marketplace ads
• Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-driven
• Able to work weekends and occasional evenings
• Tech-savvy with strong multitasking and computer skills
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); a second language is a bonus!
• Eligible to work in Canada (Work Permits, PRs, and Citizens only -no students)

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in customer service (1-3 years)
• Class 5 driver’s license
