Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a Sales Coordinator for our Brooks and Bassano Agriculture (John Deere) branches during a growth phase. You will work with experienced Territory Managers, receive training, and have opportunities for career advancement in a dynamic sales environment.

The role emphasizes administrative support, collaboration with service and parts teams, and developing customer relationships within the territory. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset will help you succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for sales and inventory-related items.
  • Collaborate with service and parts departments on sales activities.
  • Assist with yard flow and organization.
  • Promote sales to existing clients.
  • Process sales paperwork and learn the sales process and tools.
  • Develop understanding of the customer base and build relationships within the territory.
  • Build product knowledge for the equipment offered.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Brandt has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our Brooks and Bassano Agriculture (John Deere) branches as we enter a growth phase. Working alongside our experienced Territory Managers, this role offers training and growth opportunities for career advancement, along with exposure and opportunities in the sales profession.

What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Provide administrative support for sales and inventory-related items
  • Work with the service and parts departments in relation to sales activities
  • Assist with yard flow and organization
  • Promote sales to existing clients
  • Processing sales paperwork and developing an in-depth understanding for our sales process and tools
  • Develop an understanding of the customer base within the sales territory, understanding how to identify new potential customers and develop relationships
  • Develop your product knowledge for the equipment that we offer
  • Other duties as required
