Job description

As British Columbia's original homebuilder, Ledingham McAllister has played a major role in the province's construction and development industry with a solid and continuous history of commitment, integrity, and performance dating back to 1905. Locally owned and BC-focused, our portfolio includes numerous commercial and residential buildings as well as master-planned communities. To meet the demand of over thirty projects in planning and construction, we are seeking a talented Sales Coordinator to join our team.

The Role

Applicants for the Sales Coordinator position should be self-motivated individuals with a high degree of initiative. This is a full-time role, requiring work on weekends and statutory holidays, with the benefit of mornings off to pursue personal activities or rest. You will be part of an engaging team at our Presentation Centres, working closely with the Sales Administration and Marketing teams at the head office. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and Senior VP of Sales, you will play a key role in our success.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and operate Presentation Centres and display suites, including light housekeeping duties.
  2. Greet visitors, qualify prospects, and provide sales information to prospects and Realtors, delivering front-line customer service.
  3. Support purchasers and Realtors throughout the sales process, from contract writing and inquiries to home completion.
  4. Process contracts, deposit increases, and perform other sales administration tasks.
  5. Prepare management reports and documents, such as daily tracking and MLS reports.
  6. Handle MLS and brokerage administration as needed.
  7. Assist in the preparation, coordination, and support of sales and marketing activities.
  8. Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  1. Preferred to have a vehicle and a valid British Columbia Driver’s License.
  2. Availability to work all weekends and statutory holidays, with scheduled days off during the week.
  3. Strong work ethic, accountability, and punctuality.
  4. Proficiency in computer skills, including Word and Excel.
  5. Experience in the realty industry is an asset.
  6. Second language skills are an asset but not required.
Location

Burnaby / Coquitlam

Compensation

$38,000 - $40,000 plus commission, for a 30-35 hour workweek including weekends and statutory holidays.
