Position Summary

The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting and driving sales growth by managing daily sales activities, coordinating customer onboarding, and ensuring smooth communication between our customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Incoming Sales: Handle inbound inquiries from customers and prospects.
  • Sales Day Planning: Coordinate and schedule daily sales activities, visits, and follow-ups for the sales team.
  • Telemarketing: Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products, identify sales opportunities, and schedule follow-up visits.
  • Onboarding New Customers: Manage the customer onboarding process by setting up accounts, sharing product information, and ensuring a smooth transition to active sales.
  • Quoting: Prepare and send accurate quotes for products and services based on customer needs and pricing guidelines.
  • Visit Notes: Document key insights and outcomes from customer visits and ensure accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Visit Follow-Ups: Ensure timely follow-up after customer visits, addressing questions, confirming orders, or gathering further requirements.
  • Prospecting: Research and identify new business opportunities in the GTA and Southern Ontario cafe market, helping to build a strong pipeline for the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a sales related role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, etc).
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and high attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to visit customers when needed.
