Position Overview

The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customer quote orders, order entry, and claims for the complete line of Forte Opening Solutions - US Wood Door products.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the Customer Solutions Team on special projects
  • Maintain a distributor profile for each distributor within assigned territories
  • Perform duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Create quotes and negotiate prices with distributors
  • Provide technical assistance on products, labeling, and applications
  • Gather and share market intelligence to increase market share in assigned territories

Order Processing

  • Enter orders with high accuracy from various sources (phone, fax, email, EDI)
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries
  • Follow up on issues, discrepancies, and returns
  • Proof orders for accuracy and establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Address product availability and technical questions
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls
  • Work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, to meet business needs

Qualifications

Education : High School required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred

Experience : 2-3 years in Inside Sales, order entry experience required; knowledge of wood products or door construction preferred

Skills : Professional communication, CRM knowledge, ability to multitask, organizational skills, conflict resolution, and flexibility. Bilingual skills are an asset.
