We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support throughout the sales cycle, ensuring seamless CRM data management, engaging with customers, and developing high-impact presentations and sales materials. You will also play a key role in tradeshow planning and proposal preparation, all aimed at driving Limpact’s sales success.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain CRM and Sales Opportunities database
  • Provide Sales teams with customer insights and summaries
  • Develop, review and edit sales proposals
  • Develop and maintain sales materials such as brochures and presentations
  • Coordinate tradeshow events from beginning to end
  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback
  • Confirm and coordinate customer visit itineraries

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales organization
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM systems is an asset
  • Previous sales experience is an asset
  • Some travel will be required in this role
