Position Description

The Sales Coordinator will govern the administrative duties of Eneon’s Sales department. This individual will operate as a central point-of-contact supporting team members within the department, ensuring a seamless and timely experience for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle. While this individual will focus on administrative support and coordination, they will occasionally be asked to support a wider range of duties, such as the organization of tradeshows or marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Support the Sales department by providing administrative excellence to all team members, inclusive of Business Development, Technical Sales, Applications, and Contracting personnel, as well as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
  • Serve as a point-of-contact for clients, providing excellent customer service while answering questions or triaging inquiries appropriately.
  • Maintain organization of the sales proposal process, assisting the timely preparation of technical proposals and sales presentation materials.
  • Maintain organization of the sales contracting approvals process through Eneon contract lifecycle management (CLM).
  • Maintain organization of client contracts, agreements, and other documentation (e.g., routing agreements through DocuSign, tracking MNDAs)
  • Maintain organization of the sales email account, ensuring timely and professional responses and triaging messages appropriately.
  • Maintain organization of the lead qualification process from initial vetting through to technical sales handoff.
  • Maintain the CRM, ensuring all client records are continually and accurately updated, as well as generating reports and metrics as required.
  • Orchestrate internal and external sales meetings.
  • Maintain the directory of sales materials and marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate and oversee third-party design resources to develop, update, and maintain marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate marketing events, overseeing logistics within a budget, researching sponsorships, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.
  • Support the creation and scheduling of content for social media (LinkedIn) as required.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments as required.
  • Perform other duties to support sales initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of directly related experience to the above Responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or an Energy-related field.
  • Prior experience using CRM tools and the Microsoft Suite (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask responsibilities, manage time, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving processes and priorities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to think critically.
  • Prior exposure to RFPs, MSAs, NDAs, and related documentation is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the renewable energy industry is preferred.
