We’re looking for high-performing Inbound Sales Representatives to join a top-tier HVAC company in the GTA. This is your chance to make an impact, close big deals, and skyrocket your income. If you thrive on building relationships and are a master at closing deals over the phone, this could be an ideal opportunity.

Position: Inbound Sales Representatives (Closing deals over the phone)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 11AM - 7PM

Location: North York, ON

Job Type: Full-time - 40 HR/Week

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the Sales Process - Close high-value residential HVAC deals over the phone with confidence and finesse.
  • Leverage Warm Leads - You won’t be cold-calling, we provide daily warm leads, allowing you to focus on what you do best—closing.
  • Build Trust - Utilize your communication and interpersonal skills to forge strong relationships with potential clients, identifying their needs and presenting tailored HVAC solutions.
  • Exceed Sales Targets - Navigate objections like a pro and push the limits of your success by hitting and surpassing ambitious sales goals.
  • Collaborate & Thrive - Work alongside a dynamic team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your success is celebrated.
