We are seeking a motivated individual to join our sales team.This is a 100% commissionsales consulting role, you will be helping homeowners understand the efficiency of their existing energy appliances and presenting customizedHVAC solutionsto help them lower their energy bills. The sale will take placeover the phoneand your commission will range from6% to 10% with room for growth.

Unlike hourly paid jobs this environment will give you a reason to put in more effort becausethe more effort you put in, the more money you will make.

Responsibilities

  • SCHEDULE:We start at9:30 AM to 7:30 PMwith a one hour lunch break. You are expected to maintain focus and discipline throughout the day.
  • TRAINING:You arenot required to have any background in HVAC or experience in salesbecause you will engage in an extensive one-hourtraining sessionwith your team each morning before starting your calls.
  • SALES CONSULTATION:The sales process is conductedover the phoneand typically lasts about an hour. During the call, you will gather information on the customers energy appliances and their average energy consumption. Then, you will present acustomized solutionto help lower their energy bills, suggesting options such asheat pumps, furnaces, water heaters, or attic insulation.
  • MANAGING SALES PIPELINE:You are expected to bepersonableand develop strong relationships with your customers to improve retention rates and generate additional business through referrals.
  • TEAMWORK:Adopt acoachable mindsetto adapt to our sales process. Remainopen to feedback, and stay in closecommunication with the administrative teamand your customersto coordinate photos, pre-inspections, and installation schedules.
  • STUDENT:You are expected to go above and beyond in yourlearning efforts, which includesreading books, watching YouTube videos, and using ChatGPT to study the concepts you learn in this environment. We read books each week and hold a book club meeting every Saturday.
  • SALES TARGETS:You are expected to consistently meet and exceed key performance metrics, which includes150 calls or 4 hours of call timeeach day. Maintaining these targets will ensure you have a steady flow of deals in your pipeline and plenty of opportunities torefine your sales technique.
  • RECORD KEEPING:Keep accurate records of all customer activities and interactions in the CRM, including times contacted, emails sent, and relevant notes. Ensure that deal statuses are consistently updated to reflect the most current information.
