The Role
As our Ambassador Program Manager, you'll be the driving force behind scaling our rep program while dramatically improving performance metrics. This is an execution-focused role requiring someone who thrives on direct engagement with ambassadors through calls, training sessions, and consistent follow-up. You'll be responsible for turning new recruits into consistent performers and increasing sales across the board.
You'll report to both our Sales Manager and CEO, giving you direct visibility to leadership and a real impact on our business growth.
