The Role

As our Ambassador Program Manager, you'll be the driving force behind scaling our rep program while dramatically improving performance metrics. This is an execution-focused role requiring someone who thrives on direct engagement with ambassadors through calls, training sessions, and consistent follow-up. You'll be responsible for turning new recruits into consistent performers and increasing sales across the board.

You'll report to both our Sales Manager and CEO, giving you direct visibility to leadership and a real impact on our business growth.

What You'll Do

  1. Coach & Train Ambassadors: Conduct regular 1:1 and group calls to provide personalized guidance, training, and support that helps reps succeed.
  2. Drive Performance Metrics: Work directly with ambassadors to improve sales conversion rates and boost average sales per rep.
  3. Execute Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new ambassadors, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to make their first sales.
  4. Create Accountability: Track individual rep performance, set clear expectations, and implement consistent follow-up systems.
  5. Activate Dormant Reps: Identify and re-engage inactive ambassadors through targeted outreach and support.
  6. Implement Incentives: Execute motivating incentive programs that drive desired behaviors.
  7. Build Community: Foster connections among ambassadors through engaging communication and events.

About You

  • You have experience coaching or managing sales representatives to improved performance.
  • You're a proactive self-starter who takes initiative and drives results without micromanagement.
  • You have exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively over video and phone.
  • You understand what motivates Gen Z and can speak their language.
  • You're execution-focused with a track record of consistent follow-through.
  • You're comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment and thrive under pressure.
  • You bring high energy and enthusiasm that can inspire a young sales force.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with ambassador, affiliate, or referral programs.
  • Familiarity with the sports betting industry.
  • Background in teaching, training, or education.
  • Data analysis skills for performance tracking.
  • Community management experience.
