Job summary

IKEA Ottawa is hiring a Sales Co-worker II to actively engage customers, understand their needs and help them choose the best home furnishing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Actively approach customers, identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions.
• Keep area of responsibility clean, tidy, correctly priced and fully stocked, maintaining IKEA basic merchandising standards.
• Actively learn about relevant product features and benefits, sharing this knowledge with customers and co-workers.
• Seek support and guidance from co-workers and stakeholders, as well as provide support to co-workers.
