Otto's Cache is Jasper’s first locally owned café, bakery and curated provisions market. Serving an expertise and craftsmanship of a new era of Jasper hospitality offerings. Spring 2025, Otto's Cache will open its doors to Jasper National Park. The market’s main focus will be providing our community with locally sourced, exciting artisanal provisions, making great food accessible to our community year round. We’re looking for foodies ready to share their ideas, visions and passions for everything food.


Position: Sales Clerk


Wage: $17 / Hour


Hours: Full Time & Part

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Greeting customers and determining their needs and preferences

  • Product knowledge for optimal customer service

  • Attention to detail

  • Recommending products and services that match the customers' needs and budget

  • Processing payments, issuing receipts, and handling returns and exchanges

  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store and the merchandise

  • Stocking shelves, replenishing inventory, and displaying products

  • Following store policies and procedures, and complying with health and safety regulations

  • Receiving delivery orders


Requirements


  • Good communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.

  • Be friendly, courteous, and helpful to the customers.

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service

  • Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items and stand for long periods

  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
