Our reputable client, in the distribution sector, is seeking a Sales Branch Manager to join their team!

As part of their expansion into Western Canada, they are looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead sales and operations.

  • OPEN TO CANDIDATES IN EDMONTON, CALGARY, WINNIPEG ETC.

In this role, you will drive business growth, expand market share, and build long-lasting customer relationships. You will be the main point of contact for clients, focusing on new business development. This role requires excellent relationship-building skills to cultivate strong connections with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.

This position reports directly to the President. You will also work collaboratively on a project basis with other Sales Account Managers, particularly those at our Quebec branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively gather market insights and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Increase market share by converting prospects into loyal customers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships within the security, access control, and networking sectors.
  • Qualify prospects according to company criteria and sales goals.
  • Set and track sales targets for the fiscal year, ensuring steady progress and success.
  • As the company expands, you may play a role in the launch and leadership of the new Winnipeg branch.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience or an equivalent background; a background in the security industry is an asset.
  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong initiative, drive, and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.
  • Solid knowledge of access control and security systems is an asset.
