Job summary

Arterra Wines Canada is hiring a Wine Merchant for Wine Rack in Windsor. You will deliver exceptional customer service and help shoppers select wines while learning about Arterra’s award-winning portfolio in a friendly store setting.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, ability to lift up to 21 kilograms, and Smart Serve certification. High school or equivalent education is required, with a supportive team and education programs offered.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or asset.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to engage and interact with customers.
• Regular POS transactions and merchandising tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Smart Serve Certification required.
• High school or equivalent education required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and wine education to customers.
• Perform POS transactions and handle merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments and replenishment.

Compensation:

$18.20/hr
