Job summary

Arterra Wines Canada seeks a Sales Associate at Wine Rack in Strathroy to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will handle POS transactions, assist with merchandise, receive shipments, and help guests discover wines from our award-winning portfolio.

This part-time role offers a friendly store environment, opportunities for wine education and tastings, and flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Retail experience is an asset.
• Able to engage and interact with customers in a friendly manner.
• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks (receiving shipments, replenishment).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 19 years of age or older. High School or equivalent education is required.
• Smart Serve Certification is required.
• Ability to lift up to 21 kilograms, stand, reach, bend and climb ladders.
