Wine Rack is seeking a part-time Sales Associate at the Waterloo location. You will deliver exceptional customer service, perform POS transactions, merchandise, and assist with shipments while engaging with a fun team in a store environment.

Ideal candidates enjoy community events, can work evenings/weekends, and meet physical requirements. Training and wine education programs are provided to help you grow with Arterra Wines Canada.

Formación

• High School or equivalent education required.
• Smart Serve Certification required.

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers.
• Perform POS transactions and handle cash/credit payments.
• Merchandise shelves, receive shipments and replenish stock.
• Meet and exceed shift targets and contribute to store goals.
• Participate in community events and festivals.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 21 kilograms and stand for long periods.
