Job summary

Wine Rack in Chatham is seeking a Wine Merchant to deliver exceptional customer service in a friendly store. You will assist customers, handle POS transactions, and contribute to merchandising and receiving shipments.

The role offers wine education training and opportunities to participate in community events, with shifts including evenings and weekends. Must be 19+, have Smart Serve, and be able to lift up to 21 kilograms.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education is required.
• Smart Serve Certification is required.
• 19 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 21 kilograms and perform physical tasks.
• Retail experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and interact with customers.

Compensation : $17.85/hr
