Job summary

Arterra Wines Canada is seeking a Wine Rack associate in Ottawa to deliver outstanding customer service, manage POS transactions, and support store merchandising. You will engage with customers, assist with product knowledge, and participate in community initiatives. Flexible evening/weekend availability and a positive team attitude are essential.

The role offers training through our wine education program, competitive pay, and a friendly store environment in Ontario’s wine boutiques network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Smart Serve Certification required.
• Retail or beverage service experience preferred.
• Ability to engage and assist customers professionally.

• Perform POS (point of sales transactions) and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments and replenishment
• Meet and exceed shift targets
• Participate in community-driven initiatives and festivals.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• 19 years of age or older.
• High School or equivalent education is required.
• Smart Serve Certification is required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders.
