Job summary

Arterra Wines Canada is seeking a Wine Merchant at Wine Rack in Oakville, Ontario. You will provide outstanding customer service, handle POS transactions, and assist with merchandising while engaging with customers and learning Arterra’s wine education program.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Training and development opportunities, plus incentives and a collaborative store culture, accompany a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education required.
• Smart Serve Certification required.
• Ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 21 kg and standing for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at Wine Rack locations.
• Perform POS transactions and assist with merchandise replenishment.
• Receive shipments and restock shelves.
• Meet and exceed shift targets and contribute to a fun team environment.
• Participate in community events and wine-related festivals.
