Job summary

Wine Rack in Oakville is seeking a friendly Wine Merchant to deliver exceptional customer service, assist with POS transactions and store merchandising, and help create a welcoming shopping experience. You’ll join a team that values wine education, community events, and a fun, flexible store environment.

The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, HS diploma, Smart Serve, and the ability to lift up to 21 kilograms.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Smart Serve Certification is required.
• 19 years of age or older.
• Ability to meet the physical demands including lifting up to 21 kilograms.

• Perform POS (point of sales transactions) and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments and replenishment
• Meet and exceed shift targets
• Participate in community-driven initiatives and festivals.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• 19 years of age or older. High School or equivalent education is required.
• Smart Serve Certification is required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders.
