Job summary

Wine Rack in Brighton, Canada, is seeking a Wine Merchant to deliver exceptional customer service and help guests discover Arterra’s wines in a friendly store setting.

You will learn and taste award-winning wines, participate in community events, and work in a team-oriented environment. Must be 19+ with Smart Serve certification and be flexible to evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Retail experience is an asset.
• Ability to engage and interact with customers.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks.
• Receive shipments and replenish merchandise.
• Meet and exceed shift targets.

• Perform POS (point of sales transactions) and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments and replenishment

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• 19 years of age or older. High School or equivalent education is required.
• Smart Serve Certification is required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders.

Compensation : $18.20/hr
