Job summary

Wine Rack is seeking a Wine Merchant to deliver exceptional customer service while engaging in Arterra’s wine education program. You will participate in tastings, assist with shipments, and maintain store merchandising in a lively team setting.

Applicants should have high school or equivalent education and Smart Serve certification, be 19+, and able to lift up to 21 kg. Evening/weekend shifts are required, with a supportive and fun culture.

Qualifications

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience and retail environment experience is an asset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrates ability to meet shift targets and engage with community events.
• Must be 19 years or older and able to lift up to 21 kilograms, stand, reach, bend and climb ladders.

• Provide exceptional customer service in-store and participate in education tastings.

Job Description

As a Wine Merchant you will provide exceptional customer service, while we provide you with a strong wine education training program and the opportunity to learn and taste Arterra’s award winning wines. All while working in a fun, flexible store environment.

• Smart Serve Certification is required

Compensation

Compensation: $18.20/hr
