Wine Rack is seeking a friendly Wine Merchant in Ottawa. You will deliver exceptional customer service, handle POS transactions, and support merchandising tasks in a lively store environment.

Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is required. The role includes wine education opportunities and a commitment to community events and tastings.

Who You Are:

• Enjoy working in a fun, team environment
• Enthusiastically engage and interact with customers
• Perform POS (point of sales transactions) and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments and replenishment
• Meet and exceed shift targets
• Participate in community-driven initiatives and festivals.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• 19 years of age or older. High School or equivalent education is required.
• Smart Serve Certification is required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders.

Compensation : $18.20/hr
