Job summary

Swatch Edmonton is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our Store Team. You will report to the Store Manager and act as a Swatch Brand Ambassador, delivering friendly service and helping customers find the right products.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, processing sales and returns, keeping inventory organized, supporting visual merchandising, and upholding safety standards. Part-Time role with 15+ hours per week; weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail sales experience is preferred, especially in fashion/accessories.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.

Job Description

As a Swatch Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for achieving sales targets. You will act as a Swatch Brand Ambassador while embodying Swatch Core Competencies: Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Build Effective Teams and Relationships, Creativity and Problem-Solving, and Humility and Integrity.

Starting base pay of $16.00 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.

• Customer Service & Sales Generation: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues with a positive attitude. Achieve and exceed sales targets though outstanding product knowledge
• Operations: Support daily operations, including processing sales and returns, inventory management, and adhering to operation policies and procedures
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining store’s visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines. Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store
• Compliance: Uphold workplace safety standards

Working Conditions

Part-Time, 15 or more hours per week on average. Part-Time employees must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 15 hours a week, certain holidays and blackout dates.

Work is performed with moderate physical effort is required and significant walking and standing is required for the majority of each shift. While this position has a low risk of injury, the position requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as, significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS.

Professional Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories
• Experience working with POS systems
