Plantlife Cannabis in Calgary is hiring for a store associate at our University District location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, educating customers about our cannabis products, and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Candidates should have proven sales or customer service experience, be comfortable with cash handling and POS systems, and thrive both individually and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales advisory or customer service/sales roles.
• Ability to work with customers individually or in a team.
• Patient and capable of handling customer complaints with tact.
• Cash handling experience and proficiency with a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and information to drive sales.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash with care.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and meet sales goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a sales advisor or in another customer service/sales role
• Experience in handling cash and utilizing POS system
