Job summary

Plantlife Cannabis in Edmonton (Windermere South) is hiring a sales advisor to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-growing cannabis retail environment. You will work with a team or independently, handling cash and using the POS system to process transactions.

We value those who educate customers about cannabis products, balance customer satisfaction with sales goals, and seek advancement within a dynamic company. Training and staff discounts are offered as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a sales advisor or customer service role.
• Experience in handling cash and utilizing POS system.
• Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach.
• Patient and comfortable dealing with customer complaints.
