Job summary

Plantlife Cannabis in Calgary is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our fast-growing cannabis retail team. You will help customers, handle cash, and use the POS system to process transactions.

We value teamwork and independent work, a customer-first attitude, and opportunities to advance. Flexible hours and ongoing training are provided in a supportive environment.

The role is at our Calgary University District location, part of Canada's expanding cannabis retailer. Join us to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a sales advisor or in another customer service/sales role.
• Experience in handling cash and utilizing POS system.
• Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach.
• Patient and comfortable dealing with customer complaints.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
