General Function

Our Sales Associates are crucial to our success. You will create an authentic, engaging, and energetic experience for all customers, helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Meet sales targets and company goals by building strong customer relationships and fostering brand loyalty.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by making genuine connections, paying attention to details, and offering personalized shopping experiences.
3. Contribute to a positive store environment and develop professional relationships with colleagues and management.
4. Maintain the store's appearance by keeping displays and inventory organized and secure company assets.
5. Promote an inclusive culture by treating everyone with respect.

Basic Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Comfort with new technology and adaptability to change
3. Self-accountability and motivation to meet sales goals
4. Strong communication skills, both oral and written
5. Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment

Pay Range

$16.73 - $17.40 per hour

Compensation includes potential bonuses and commissions, along with benefits such as health care, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts. Pay is determined by various factors including location, experience, and skills.
