GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are crucial to our success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers, helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver sales goals and objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships to build brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and creating a memorable shopping experience.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store’s appearance by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and adaptability with a high level of accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing effective selling skills and goal-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-changing environment

Pay Range: $16.73 - $17.40

Compensation is based on various factors including location, experience, and qualifications. Benefits may include health care, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts. Bonus and commission plans may also be offered.
