Sleep Country Canada invites you to join our sales team in Richmond, BC. Engage customers to identify needs, promote products, and contribute to a highly presentable store with excellent service.

We value a positive, customer-focused attitude and are willing to invest in the right person. Mandarin fluency is required to serve Mandarin-speaking customers at this location. This is a full-time, commission-earning role with extensive training and benefits.

Competenze

• Ideally have 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service.
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus.
• Be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning.
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability tackle problems on your own.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required for this role in order to effectively serve Mandarin-speaking customers at this location.
