Job summary

Sleep Country Canada is seeking a full-time, commission-based sales role in Vaughan to help customers find the right sleep solutions. You will promote products, maintain appealing store visuals, and support inventory accuracy while working with a supportive team to exceed targets.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales or retail, a customer-first mindset, and are ready to work flexible shifts including days, evenings and weekends. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service.
• Positive attitude with strong customer focus.
• Ambitious and eager for continuous education and learning.
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Strong problem solving and the ability to tackle issues independently.

• Based on our national average sales commission & bonus earnings, you have the potential to earn $70,000 per year. (These figures represent historical averages but does not represent a guaranteed minimum income). There are no limits to your earning potential!

In This Current Open Role, You Will

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and wants, promote our quality products and service offerings
• Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and completing inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels
• Work together as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations

The Qualifications and Experience We Like To See

• Ideally have 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service, this is considered an asset and not mandatory as we will invest in the right person!
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus
• Be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends
• Critical thinking skills and the ability tackle problems on your own
