Sleep Country Canada is seeking a dynamic sales associate to help customers find the right sleep solutions in our Toronto stores. You will promote products, ensure appealing displays, and keep inventory accurate while contributing to a high-performing team.

The role offers a base salary plus competitive commissions, medical and dental benefits, and a Deferred Profit-Sharing Program. Training will be provided to help you grow with the company and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service.

• Based on our national average sales commission & bonus earnings, you have the potential to earn $70,000 per year. (These figures represent historical averages but does not represent a guaranteed minimum income). There are no limits to your earning potential!
• This is a current open full-time industry leading position that offers a base salary plus competitive commission as well as monetary bonuses for meeting monthly targets.

In This Current Open Role You Will

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and wants, promote our quality products and service offerings.
• Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and completing inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Work together as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations.

The Qualifications And Experience We Like To See

• Ideally have 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service, this is considered an asset and not mandatory as we will invest in the right person!
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus.
• Be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning.
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability tackle problems on your own.
