Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate plays a vital role in promoting our core values. The main objective is to provide exceptional service to customers and build lasting relationships, with the goal of developing customers for life.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

To be successful, you should possess:

• Retail experience, preferably in apparel
• Ability to develop strong customer relationships
• Understanding of retail operations such as maintaining store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation
• Self-motivated with good judgment
• Excellent presentation skills in a retail environment
• Upbeat, optimistic, passionate, and friendly attitude
• Ability to understand customer needs
• Ability to build buy-in for ideas, decisions, and products
