Job summary

Roots is seeking a Sales Associate who loves connecting with customers and delivering memorable experiences. You will engage confidently, support operations, and help drive store goals while representing the Roots brand with integrity and enthusiasm.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with at least three shifts per week.

Role Requirements

• Availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be available to work during the peak holiday business period, from mid-November through the first week of January.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods during a 3-8 hour shift.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, twist, and move merchandise.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
