Job summary

Vessi Footwear in Burnaby is seeking a friendly in-store Brand Ambassador to deliver a seamless, memorable shopping experience. You’ll leverage product knowledge to drive sales, open/close procedures, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

If you have 1+ years in retail or customer service, adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting, and can lift items and work flexible hours, you could join a brand known for waterproof products and community values.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work flexible hours and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Vessi brand ambassador and provide a seamless, memorable in-store experience.
• Drive sales and maintain high customer satisfaction through product knowledge and service.
• Perform day-to-day store operations including opening/closing, POS handling, fitting, merchandising and stock processing.
• Maintain a clean, organized store appearance including footwear care and water installations/fixtures.
• Other duties as required.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a Vessi brand ambassador, live out our Core Values and provide a seamless and memorable, in-store experience for our customers
• Drive sales and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by exhibiting a superior level of product knowledge and customer service
• Perform day-to-day store operations such as opening and closing procedures, POS/cash handling, fitting, merchandising and receiving and processing stock
• Maintain a clean and organized store appearance ie. cleaning and drying footwear and maintaining water installations and fixtures
• Other duties as required
