Job summary

Vessi is seeking a passionate brand ambassador to deliver a memorable in-store experience in Vancouver and Burnaby, representing our values and 100% waterproof products. You’ll help customers choose the right footwear and apparel while building lasting relationships and a welcoming atmosphere.

In a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you’ll drive sales, provide expert product knowledge, assist with opening/closing, merchandising and stock, and contribute to a clean, organized store.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Vessi brand ambassador with a seamless in-store experience
• Drive sales and maintain high customer satisfaction with product knowledge
• Handle day-to-day store operations including opening/closing, POS, fitting, merchandising and stock receiving
• Maintain clean store appearance and water installations
• Perform additional duties as required

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a Vessi brand ambassador, live out our Core Values and provide a seamless and memorable, in-store experience for our customers
• Drive sales and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by exhibiting a superior level of product knowledge and customer service
• Perform day-to-day store operations such as opening and closing procedures, POS/cash handling, fitting, merchandising and receiving and processing stock
• Maintain a clean and organized store appearance ie. cleaning and drying footwear and maintaining water installations and fixtures
• Other duties as required
