Job summary

Team Town Sports in Mississauga is seeking a Logistics Associate to handle the receiving, care and storage of products, ensuring they are ready to serve customers.

You will provide excellent warehouse service, process inbound shipments, maintain organized stock areas, perform replenishment, pick and pack orders, and communicate order status to teammates and vendors.

Qualifications

• Able to multitask and manage order status communications.
• Able to lift 50lbs and operate basic computer systems.

What You'll Do;

As a Logistics Associate with Team Town Sports, you will be responsible for the receiving, handling, care, and storage of products to ensure that they are ready to serve our customers.

• Provide excellent customer service in all aspects of warehouse responsibilities.
• Handle all incoming shipments from third-party distributor and inter-store merchandise transfers.
• Maintains all warehouse processing and stock areas to ensure they are well organized and that all goods are easily accessible at all times.
• Performs replenishment functions ensuring all goods are “floor-ready”.
• Complete picking and packing of customer orders in a timely manner.
• Communicate status of orders, inquiries, and issues via telephone and electronic messaging.
• Investigate possible delays in shipments and follow-up with third party logistics providers and open investigations.
