Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets as directed by management and develop your client portfolio proactively.
  • Provide a unique client experience at all touch points, ensuring outstanding customer service.
  • Participate actively in daily boutique operations, including merchandising, inventory, and maintenance.
Objective/Mission

Represent the Maison by delivering exceptional service, exceeding sales goals, and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Achievement
  • Meet or surpass monthly sales targets.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, greeting and acknowledging every customer.
  • Support after-sales service and adapt approaches based on client needs.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
  • Accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building.
  • Resolve client issues effectively and escalate when necessary.
Daily Boutique Operations
  • Follow all security and operational policies.
  • Assist with boutique setup, breakdown, and maintenance.
  • Participate in inventories and support special projects.
Qualifications

Education: College degree preferred.

Experience: 2 to 5 years in luxury retail; availability to work weekends and weekdays.

Skills: Retail environment adaptability, computer literacy, MS Office, SAP preferred, multilingual skills a plus, knowledge of timepieces beneficial, excellent communication, attention to detail, professional demeanor, team player, flexible with hours and travel.
