Job summary

ALDO Group in Richmond, BC is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver a welcoming in-store experience. You bring energy, style, and a customer-first attitude to help shoppers find their perfect fit.

You’ll support merchandising, maintain store standards, handle payments, and participate in team initiatives. Availability for day, night and weekend shifts is preferred, with comfortable standing and light lifting required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service industry.
• Deep interest in fashion and a customer-first mindset.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Associate at ALDO is all about driving sales while creating a great in-store experience. You bring the energy, the style, and the attitude that keeps customers coming back.

What You'll Be Doing

• Hit your sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets
• Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays
• Follow all policies and procedures (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention)
• Support daily operations like restocking and backstore tasks
• Help create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome
